1948 Remembrance Silverplate Statement Necklace, Large Abalone Button Pendant, Colorful Shell, Unique Jewelry

This abalone shell was once repurposed into a large button, and is now repurposed again - paired with a spoon handle in the 1948 Remembrance pattern - to become this gorgeous pendant.

The silver in the spoon handle echoes in the striations of the shell, and the iridescence flashes color with every move, making this a truly unique statement necklace! Even the back is interesting with its natural shell appearance.

The pendant is 2" wide x 2 1/2" long, and hangs from a 24" long stainless steel figaro chain.

As with all of my up-cycled silverware jewelry, there are various imperfections that naturally arise from use and age. These add charm and warmth to my unique creations. Please see photos, as they are part of my description.
