Antique Silver Plate Pendant, Turquoise Aquamarine Stones, Upcycled Spoon

This beautiful silverplate Victorian pendant was made from an antique sugar spoon in the Milton aka Chelsea pattern from C. Rogers & Sons, circa 1897 . It features highly detailed scrolls and beads on the entire piece surrounding a plain teardrop section at the center of the tip. There was a monogram of someone's last name here, but I obscured it using a pave engraving technique, and by adding a turquoise crystal stone at the bottom, with a smaller aquamarine stone higher up.

Very pretty, feminine piece. A lovely gift for someone special!

This pendant is 2 1/4" long with self bail x 3/4" at the widest point. It hangs on a 24" serpent chain, but I can substitute a 20" if you prefer shorter.

As with all of my upcycled, repurposed flatware items, there are imperfections that have occurred over the years in the form of small scratches and little dings. These are to be expected for vintage flatware pieces, and are considered to be part of the charm of these pieces.
