Initial S Birthstone Spoon Necklace, Sapphire or Choose Birthstone, Vintage Monogram Flatware

This unique pendant is a wonderful gift for someone whose name begins with an S. Made from the end of a demitasse spoon handle that was monogrammed with the S. Add a birthstone for a special touch - you can choose from the variations menu.

The pendant slides on an 18" ball and bead stainless chain. It's about 1" long x 3/8" wide.

As with all of my upcycled, repurposed flatware items, there are imperfections that have occurred over the years in the form of small scratches, minor plate wear and little dings. These are to be expected for vintage flatware pieces, and are considered to be part of the charm of these pieces.
